I'm, I'm not sure but it looks as though this person took a lot of ideas from here. One, is the top table. Two, is the PM bar below the banner. Three, is the 'Ic: ___' things. I think that's it. I'm not sure if you would consider this 'stealing'. If not, you can lock this. It's just a heads up.

She's an excellent coder, and she probably coded the site herself, without realizing that the info box was the same, at least I hope she didn't copy....
