Swift. As fast as the wind. A lithe red body ran through the dense forest. He was going to fast to be smelled or seen, but he was heard. The large cat with the spiky fur stopped suddenly, his orange ears moving to the sounds of the wild.

He smelled him. That kit.

Axel usually referred to kits and kids because he was once a kittypet. Long ago. And his family talked about kids, small twolegs. So it was natural to call someone younger than he was a kid.

That boy.

That handsome tom. His sleek white fir and those ocean-blue eyes just made Axel want to dance. It was to make him leap in the ari whenever he saw him. He was Axel's lover, his companion.

Axel moved with the sounds of nature. he was quiet, and made sure he wasn't heard.

//.chaosflight stalked the woods in search of prey. Her tabby fur fluttered in the slight breeze. The she-cat's long tail stretched out behind her, and her amber eyes gleamed with the joy of the hunt. Chaosflight sniffed at the air. An odd scent clung to the sweet scents of flowers and tree. Rouge!

//.chaosflight unsceathed her claws. As one of the toughest warriors in ShadowClan, it was her duty to keep her reputation as a defender of the Clan. She stalked through the trees with much skill, paw by paw, cautious of the sounds around her. She twiddled her tail through the air, casting her head from side to side. Another sign that the rouge was here. No sound of birds or prey anywhere.

//.suddenly, there was a rustle in a closeby bush. The rouge scent was surrounding her, tanged with the fear-scent of prey. Slowly, Chaosflight crouched, pawing at the earth with her claws. She sniffed again, and waited for the attack.

Axel heard her. But he was in no mood to fight. he needed to weasel out of this situation. He needed to find him. His best friend.

"Woah," Axel chuckled. He leaped out of the way od Chaosflight, making sure to check to see if she wasn't hurt. He didn't like her attitude. Reminded her of that pipsqueak brother of... He didn't even want to think about him.

Axel smiled at the ShadowClan cat. he wasn't doing anything wrong. Just enjoying a nice walk. She was stubborn. And those eyes... But they weren;t as beautiful as... that boy's.

//.chaosflight tensed as she heard the bush rustle. But she realized that the cat hadn't jumped on her, and sat up. She circled the rogue. "Who are you?" She asked, staring straight back into his eyes. This was one unusual rogue. He seemed friendly, but Chaosflight wouldn't waist any chances. She glared at him through her green flecked eyes. She dispised rogues, thinking that they were better than the Clan cats...

//."So, what are you doing here?" She asked the rouge, sitting down and flipping her tail uneasily through the air.

Axel laughed. This cat was really impatient. he clared his throat.

"Name's Axel. A-X-E-L, got it memorised?" he mewed sarcastically. he loved his little catchphrase. Roxas loved it even more, when he was around.

Roxas.

His angel. Axel would sta up late at night, thinking about the cat. His best friend. His love. Many cats would think he was breaking the rules of the forest by falling in love with another male, but Axel disagreed.

He had alreadt broken the rules anyway.

Chaosflight stiffened. This rouge--Axel--knew how to push her buttons. She whipped her tail in anger. "You should watch it," She hissed at Axel, her unsceathed claws digging into the ground. "I could tear you to bits" She could see nothing in Axels face that meant he feared her. He reminded her of someone.

There was a rustle in the bushes, and a calico jumped on Chaosflight. She let out a yowl of alarm and clawed at the new enemy's sneak attack. Quickly, Chaosflight clawed at the cat's belly. The attacker lept off Chaosflight and stood in an attack stance.

Dewstream

It was the RiverClan she-cat, the one that seemed to be the easiest in the group. Her spindily legs taunted Chaosflight, just starting her to the chase. Chaosflight cast a look at the rouge and hissed, "Dewstream, what are you doing here?"

"Just the question I was going to ask," The she-cat purred with fake kindness. Her green eyes flashed. "What are you doing on RiverClan territory?"

[ ooc ] Dun dun duuun...I had to bring in both of my charries

Axel sneered, "I'm not on your territory! This is the hills!" he looked behind him. Tons of grass and elevated land lay there. "And also, I was just passing by."

he looked at Dewstream. She was cute, but not as cute as Roxas. She didn't have his eyes. he shrugged and sat down, licking himself.

"Axel. A-X-E-L. Got it memorized?" he looked over at Chaosflight. "She sure does."

[snowheart]

Dewstream sneered at the rouge. He was pathetic. A whimpering, discusting loner. She heard stories about them, but she could squash this one like a fly. She looked back at Chaosflight. "Just wait until the rest of the patrol is here!" She looked at Axel again. "And you watch your mouth. You could be easily squashed by either one of us,"

[grayfur]

Axel sneered again. "try me," he mocked. "i can beat you anyday." He relaxed and sat down again. he had to move on. he had to find Roxas. "i have not time for this," he smirked. he got up and started to walk away. But something stopped him.

[snowheart]

"Wimp," Chaosflight whispered.

[ ooc ] LOL that should be totaly all I should post!

Dewstream sceathed her claws. "Chaosflight, that isn't very nice," She tapped her tail along her flank. "My name is Dewstream. I'm one of RiverClan's best hunters." She looked at Chaosflight. "And this is Chaosflight. She is one of the best warriors in ShadowClan. Look," She mewed. "I shouldn't really be doing this, where's the rest of the patrol...?"

ic: Axel mumbled something. "Hiya!" he mewed cockily, trying to get a laugh from the seripus warriors.

[ ooc ]oh yes that's right...I need to withdraw dewstream then. She was never there! It was... gee, beats me xP

Chaosflight smiled slightly at Axel's remark. "Well then," She started, sitting down. "What are you planning to do with your life? As a rouge and all..."

[grayfur]

Axel sighed. This girl was interesting. "Gotta go find my wittle buddy, so if you'll excuse me..." he desperately tried to break free of Chaos, but it didn't exactly work.

[snowheart]

"You know, you look exactly like my father," She meowed. "He probably would have liked you..." Chaosflight looked down at her paws. Why did I just say that to this cat? she scolded herself. You've reavialed your soft spot!. She clawed at the ground. But those eyes are so familiar...

Axel smiled sheepishly. "i don't like to brag," he said, his voice bold and proud. "You're nice," he mewed affectionately. He looked into the warripr's cold eyes. "Want to come with me?"
