Description:
Eclipsepaw has a very largely-framed body. He is big for his age, with broad shoulders and large paws. His body is full of hard muscle and his legs are thickset. His has a fit body and a thin stomach, and his claws are long and his fangs sharp. He is a very strong-looking cat; looks like you shouldn't cross him.
Eclipsepaw coat is of short, harsh fur. It is prickly to the touch and keeps him warm in leafbare. It's hue is dull white; like snow that has been trampled upon. It is this shade all over, apart from a splash of black on his forehead. The splash of black gave him his name. Eclipsepaw has a fair few battle scars on his body.
Eclipsepaw has a broad muzzle and high cheekbones. His eyes are sharply arched and ringed in smoky grey. The iris' are both very dark amber. These eyes give him a cruel, harsh appearance which, in truth, he likes. Despite his the fact that his apperance is cruel, he is actually rather handsome.

Personality:
Eclipsepaw is quite a proud kitten. He does not like to admite that he is wrong. He is prickly and aggresive and quick to point the paw of blame at other cats. He will spring at another cat very quickly if provoked, and hates it when he is interrupted or contradicted. He likes getting his own way.
Eclipsepaw is a decent hunter, but a brilliant fighter. He has great strength and power for an apprentice, and can even pin down young warriors. But he is hasty, reckless and ruthless in battle, and does not think about strategies. He just gets straight in there offensively; he does not think about what he is doing, which is why he has a lot of scars for one so young.
Eclipsepaw's greatest fear is fear itself. He is afraid that showing fear will make him considered weak. He is loyal to ShadowClan and ShadowClan alone, and would follow Silentstar till the very end. He loves having power over the weak, but deep, deep down he is not really evil.
History:
Eclipsekit was the only kit of his mother's litter born alive. He grew quickly, and was his mother, Darkwing's, pride and joy. His father, Nightclaw, was a feared warrior, and resoected among the clan. Eclipsekit was one of the biggest kits in the nursery, and often played too rough with the others.
Eclipsepaw was apprentice at five moons, a little younger than normal, but he was believed to be ready. After Rockpaw, his father's previous apprentice, was taken by a fox, Eclipsepaw became his father's apprentice. One day his father took him out alone in the forest and told him that he was planning to try and overthrow Silentstar. Eclipsepaw was disgusted and told his father he would tell their leader, so Nightclaw tried to kill his son to silence him. While the two cats were rolling around, a couple of dogs escaped into the woods. They killed Nightclaw and badly-scarred Eclipsepaw before he got away.

A shadow passed over the hills, throwing itself down the summet and stretching gloomed fingers over the land. The owner of the shadow, a small, muscled kitten, padded on, broad shoulders tense and large ears peicked readily. The tom prowled forth, nose twitching, as though he had caught a scent.
Then he halted, eyes fixed on a small broqn smudge in the darkness a few tail-lengths ahead of him. He crept on, eyes gleaming with hunger. His haunches bunched, he gave a final flick of his long tail, and then leapt. His paws hit the mouse, stunning it, and then the kitten sank his fangs into the flesh, breaking the fragile bones and dispatching the prey.
The kitten picked up the small, bleeding body of the mouse, hastily licking the scarlet blood smeared around his jaw. He then hurried away, back over the crest of the hill, hite pelt bristling slightly. The last thing visible in the gloom was his snow-white tail, before that to vanished in the black.
