Silence, and uncanny fortune for Rebelfire, settled over the air like a thick blanket. It seemed as if lifting the blanket from his shoulders would undesirably result in a tear in the majesty, the grace of StarClan itself so pleasant it was. Other sane cats might not have thought much of silence, but for Rebelfire is was a special time to sort out the tangled matted mess that had become of his mind during the past moons. Confusion pounded and rocked inside his fragile soul, and he sought the partnered safety he found in companionship, but he so rarely found since his sisters disappearance. It was probably because of his mind, the way he was unpredictable, switching from mood to mood in the time of a tail flick.
The lonely tom sighed, seeking and avoiding his clan at the same time, and sat at the base of the Skyoak, silently thanking it for it's shade, and let his defenses drop for a second, simply for a moment of peace.

Tomboyish she-cat had a right to be out. Being a warrior she had to hunt for her clan right? The day was for hunting, well for her. The day was gloomy, just a tad. The cloudy skies made her know of the season changing. Silvery pelt streaked with black. it was good camoflauge for basically all seasons. Different colored opticals twinkled iin what little sunlight there was. Her claws unsheathed, prickling at the ground, tearing it up softly. Her prey? A rabbit. It had been chewing on the same patch of grass for the last five minutes. It was small, a simple little forest rabbit. It wasn't large like the ones in WindClan, where many thought she should belong. Her lean body was large like a regular thunderclan she-cat's, but it had that WindClan look to it. A pounce, simple yet strong flung the she-cat forth, claws unsheathed and tearing the brown fur. The rabbit made a squeal, or something close to it, and dashed off toward safety. Tranquilrain let out a snort and dashed after it, her paws kicking up leaves and other such. The chase was on. She breathed through her nostrils, keeping her mouth shut till the killer bite. The chase would be shorter, if she had the regular muscles of a thunderclan cat. Possessing a lean body was good for rabbit chases, especially with long limbs. Propelling herself yet again in a jump she clawed down the rabbit rolling it down and pressing her weight against it. Fangs pierced through the soft neck fur, and a sickening snap was heard. Holding up the rabbit she spotted something black and ginger in the distance sitting at Sky Oak. Deciding to venture over there she took a strong bite on the rabbit and trotted towards it. It was a cat alright, one from her clan. Setting down the rabbit she let out a meow, "Hey!"
