Responsibilities

This covers the basic responsibilities of a:
-Co-Admin
-Clan Leader
-Deputy


Co-Admin
-Deleting/Locking any spam posts.
-Accepting/Decliling/Locking/Moving any bios you see. If a bio is fit to be accepted, post "Accepted" on it, lock it, and move it to the Accepted Bios board.
Side Note:
-When it asks you if you would like to leave a copy of the thread saying where it's moved to, click no.
-Reinforcing rules.
-Actively RPing.
-If I'm away, take over/manage the site t until I get back. This includes posting any urgent notices onto the infotable(at the top, found in global headers).
-Being my second in command =]

Clan Leader
-Attending gatherings every other month.
-Updating the "Clan Stats" regularily.
-Accepting/Declining any new bios that you see.
-Having a look at your clan's RP boards, and cleaning them up a bit if they get any spam.
-Remaining an active member on itS.
-Reinforcing itS rules.
-Reporting any members you see breaking the rules.
-Managing clan battles fairly.
-Actively RPing.


Deputy
-Taking your leader's place if he/she can't make it to the gathering.
-If you notice any changes in clan stats, please post them if someone else hasn't allready.
