Battles and Gatherings

Battles
If the tension is growing between Shadowclan and Windclan, there might be a battle. If Shadowclan's leader wants a battle, they will PM Windclans leader, and they can discuss it. When they come to a conclusion about it, they can PM me the reason they want to have a battle, how long it will last, and where it will take place(which board).
If I agree to all of this, I(or another staff member) will send out a MPM about the battle, notifying all Shadowclan and Winddclan cats to report to a certain thread.
It will be the leaders job to choose which apprentices are to attend. All warriors may go, but if your an apprentice, your leader will pm you if you are to post. If you don't get a PM, you obviously haven't been chosen, so don't go post in the battle thread. Don't feel bad about it eather, theres always next time.

Gatherings
There will be a gathering every two months, unless I change my mind. But I don't plan on changing my mind, so theres nothing to worry about. If you are a clan leader, you must attend the gathering! The gathering will be RPed, but the leaders will give out actual info about their clans, like new warriors...etc. Deputy's should at least attend every other gathering, but I personally think they should always go. This is up to the current clan leader though. All warriors can go to the gathering if they wish. Apprentices must have been apprenticed for at least two weeks before they can attend a gathering. Kits and nursing Queens may not go.

Keep all gatherings appropriate. You can wind things up a bit, but no actual fighting/attacking other cats. Also, only itS staff can send clouds to cover the moon, you can't just have your random character look up and say,
"Look! Starclan's sending clouds to cover the moon!"

Heres the way gatherings generally work;
I will create a thread called "December//Gathering//06" in the "Island" board. I will just post with my charries, and then I will send an MPM out about it. Leaders are responsible for leading their clans down to the gathering, and making announcements. If the leader is absent at the time, the deputy will take their place. Keep in mind, this isn't just a one night thing. The gathering will run until all the leaders have posted, and it's winding down. Then the thread will be locked by a staff member.
