Um I wrote this on a gloomy day. It's based on David Pelzer's life, but it points more twoards grayfur and Cloudystar. Hope you like it! I'm obsessed with his books. -drools-

But you never came through
There was darkness I didn’t see in you
What happened to my Superman?
When did the trust end?
And why did you go?
You left me with her
I’d thought you’d save me for sure
And end this battle
Before you had let me go
Trembling in fear every night
Dunno quite how to fight
I hear you screaming my name
But it’s just not the same
Anymore
You know how I’m treated
You know what happens at night
But you refuse to move, to help me
Because you’re afraid you’re right.
Being beaten is the least of my worries
It happens so much I’m used to it
But when you drive off in a hurry
My trust withers away bit by bit.
What happened to my Superman?
When did the trust end?
And why did you go?
You left me with her
I’d thought you’d save me for sure
And end this battle
Before you had let me go
I come up in your arguments
And then I’m dragged out the door
She kicks me in the stomach
I’m send sprawling on the floor
You just stand there
Always taking in even more
