Jinxfire tor through to the warriors den. His pelt was soaked through and had a black look on it, nothing like his normal look. He layed down on the moss where he normaly sat. His anger at Grayfur was still burning, and now he felt bad about what he had said to Honeypaw.

ashkit angrily trooted over to where Jinx was standing. Giving a wimpy yell, he charged at him, trying to headbutt Jinx.
"Leave my daddy alone!" he cried!

Jinxfire felt the tinykit bump against him. That must have hurt the kit, because it didn't hurt him. What are you doing?" Jinxfire asked, looking down at the kit who was less that half his size.

Ashkit puffed up to look big. "Don't yell at my daddy!" he squeaked as loud as he could. "'Cause he'll kill you." Ashkit made a feroucious face and pretended to stalk Jinxfire.
"And i saw two wierd loners in RiverClan, orchidpaw told me about 'em. big ole cream tom and a furry mess of red hair'ed tom. scary, she says."

Jinxfire narrowed his eyes. The kit said he would kill me. Weird, but maybe not off track, maybe Grayfur really did have a secrect to hide. Though now wasn't the time to think about that, if there were rogues here, he had to tell Cloudstar. "Where did he see them?"[/n] he asked.

Ash shrugged. How should I know?" He questioned. Ash looked around nervously. "I haven't seen dad... no there he is!" Ashkit screeched with delight as his father stepped out of the rainy darkness, looking dead. Ashkit bounded up to him, but grayfur just passed him, ignoring the kit.

"Grayfur" Jinxfire meowed confidently. He walked toward the gray deputy, staring straight at him. "I need to talk to you." He stopped a few feet away from him.

Ashkit looked at him confused. "Grayfur?" Ash asked. Ashy got a shock when his father started crying silently. "Clo," gray said again.

"Grayfur!" Jinxfire meowed loudly. "What's wrong?" his annoyance changed to worry as he talked to the deputy. The large warrior walked beside Grayfur, watching him closing for any sign of what was really wrong.

grayfur looked away from Jinx, trying to keep the painful sobs in. "She... Axel...He..." he was having a hard time explaining. "Just... leave. GO!" he screamed, leaping to his feet, wailing sobs of anger and fear now. |
